Bent my glasses. :/?

Yesterday before I went to bed I bent them. I walked into my room and leaned over the bed and my knee pressed onto one of temples (i.e. the stick things that go over your ears). And no one is normal and one is bent. :[

Usually, if you take it to your optometrist, they will bend it back in shape for you for free. But if it is too horribly bent and bending it back could risk breaking your frame, your optometrist might recommend that you get a new frame, and that depends on how much the frame you choose costs, and how much your insurance covers.
