Does anyone know if it safe to have Lasek Eye Surgery during pregnancy?lasek
I wanted to ask someone at the Lasek office, but the woman who handles all of those types of questions is not back until Aug. 11. Yes, I find it very strange that no one else in the office can answer.
There is no danger to the pregnancy , but being pregnant can cause your vision to fluctuate , and can also cause changes in the tear film.
Even regular eye exams for glasses are not recommended during pregnancy because of the possible changes happening to the eyes, although they are usually temporarlasik
So, I’m not 100 % sure, but I doubt lasik is a good option during pregnancy.
