Personally, I wouldn’t buy it, but it’s not too bad for the price.
-The processor isn’t spectacular, a bit older
-The video card isn’t much to brag about (mine is almost the same, and I’ll need to replace it within a year if I want to play any newer games)
-Vista 32-bit can’t really do 4 GB of memory, so, the system will really only be able to use around 3 GB.

Shop around. Ebay isn’t always the best place to buy computer hardware if you don’t personally know computers well.
