is laser eye surgery expensive

Are there any things i can use to reduce the scarring i have from acne without laser surgery?

I don’t and can’t afford laser surgery to reduce my acne scars, so i was wondering is there any product that i can use which isn’t too expensive that i can use to reduce the visibility of my scarring. The scarring is mainly on my cheeks and on the area next to my eyes.
