laser eye surgery two for one

laser eye surgery two for one

I have a problem with the muscles surrounding my eyes, due to having Graves Disease at an early age.?

I have seen two specialists, one says it was muscular which would require laser surgery, but my local hospital said they could’nt treat it and sent me somewhere else.
The other specialist that I was referred too, said it was a squint and its not his field.
Does anyone else have any similar experiences or can give me some advice please?
Thank you for your answers?
Thank you Jonesy.

Exopthalmus due to Grave’s disease ( Hyperthyroidism) is due to LATS long acting thyroid stimulator. It produces protrusion of the eyes, proptosis and lid retraction, not damage to the occular muscles. Management is predominantly supportive. Typically, moistening the cornea with artificial tear drops and ointments is effective. Sometimes plastic surgery can help.
