Does it really worth it to have laser surgery (LASIK)? Would it totally help me get rid off this strong myopy?

My left eye is only 1/10, and my right eye is 6/10.
So I’m always wearing glasses or lens contacts, especially when I’m driving and when I’m reading (and computer).

And also, other question: Is it relly a good idea to have this surgery in countries like Hungary, Turkey,etc?
I hear it was 50% cheaper, so you can enjoy traveling and heal your eyes (and get rid off those glasses and contacts!!) for a nice price…I mean, is it safe? ( reliable clinics??)
I am in France now, and the laser surgery for both eyes costs around 3000 Euros.

If it’s really bad and you can’t handle it with glasses or contacts and you find it annoying you should get it done.

In all countries therelaser eye surgery doctors. I would never though give less for a laser eye surgery.

I would give my 3000 euros (as it is in Greece to some good eye doctors) and I would enjoy spending them because the eyesight is the most precious for me.
I don’t consider these cheap surgeons with 300 euros safe and relilasik

What you really need to know is about the aftermatch. LASIK creates a flap on the eye which never actually heals so it creates dryness. you’ll have to use artificial tears every single day. And sometimes, there are even more serious side effects.

As it was said, in some cases, where a high myopia is dominating the eyesight, after the surgery, you will probably need glasses for a prescription like -1.00 or -2.00.
