black spot vision on my right eye after laser surgery?

What are these black spots vision im seeing after my laser surgery?
I have been diagnosed with diabetes, and it has affected my right eye vision. I had my 3rd session of laser surgery today. Just few hours after the treatment, i woke up and i see black spots floating only on my right eye, since my left eye isnt affected at all. What are these spots? Are they a cause of the surgery or my retina is damaged or is it going to gradually fade away after few hours later?

It’s probably just a temporary effect of the surgery that sometimes happens, sometimes doesn’t, but I think you should talk to your eyecare specialist, or the people who did the surgery. They’re probably more qualified to put your mind at rest.
