How do I get over my eye drop fear!!!?

Ok, so a few weeks ago, I found out that I may be allergic to something. Now, I’ve never been allergic to anything before, so I’ve never used eye drops. How can I get over the fear of using them? I know I have to, since my eyes itch so much… But the bottle over my eyes scare me! I wish the drops would come out quicker, but they don’t. I’m just afraid of the sudden drop, and the “tingling” the bottle said may occur. Does that necessarily mean pain? Please help me get over my fear of using the eye drops!

tilt your head back and lookwayy back twords your eyes so you cant see the drop taht’s gonna come out….it helps if you have someone elsedo it
