is laser surgery for correcting your eye safe,?

does it have any side effects. my power is 1.75 and 1.25

It is safe. It used to be very risky, but they’ve gotten a lot better at it. There are still some risks, but the doctor can go over them for you. I hear it’s worth the risk, though!
