laser eye surgeryercing/laser eye surgery!?

I am about to get laser eye surgery. I just got my tongue pierced 2 weeks ago. The instructions said dont wear any facial jewelry….Does this include tongue rings? Can I just wear a plastic bar in it or something? I thought about doing that and not telling them but i dont know. I dont want anything messed up. What should I do? I know its a quick 10 min thing, which im awake for, but i dont want it to grow up..

the best thing is to always tell them what is going on.
This is too too serious of a proceedure to not tell them the truth. Call them and ask them. Period.
