blinded by laser eye surgery

How can I improve my eyesight?
I’m only fourteen and I’ve been wearing glasses for the last four years. I’ve always been short sighted but recently I’ve noticed a dramatic change. I’ve needed five new pairs of glasses in the last four years and my eyesight is just so much worse. When I take off my glasses I can hardly see the computer screen let alone the TV, the clock, my brother’s face on the other side of the room. I can’t see claser eye surgeryr animals in the distance. I’m too young for laser eye surgery. Please help me. I don’t want to be blind by the time I’m twenty.
I forgot to mention, it’s gotten worse since I started college and I have to wear my glasses 24/7. I used to take my glasses off on car journeys and stuff but now I have to keep them on to see the whiteboard.
What I did to improve my eye sight:
Eat lots of carrots. Eat some for breakfast, lunch and dinner for about 2 weeks. After that you can just go on to eating 1 a day for a couple of months because you’ll probably get tired of them. (I did lol but it was worth it)
Take supplements such as Magnesium Citrate and Malate (In the morning for about 4 months)… You may want to experiment on yourself with this because some people can’t take supplements on an empty stomach.
You can also try eating grapes and/or cranberries. They are antioxidants that can help detox your body and release unwanted toxins and garbage that can weaken your muscles (I.E eye muscles)
Or, if you want to save yourself all the trouble of eating lots of grapes, you can by buying antioxidant supplements at the pharmacie.
And here’s a site with eye exercises ?

I hope this helps ^_^
