Can you get off the rack glasses for short sight?
I need laser eye surgeryasses for a week or so before I have laser eye surgery. I can’t wear my contacts because my eye needs to return to its natural shape.
I have seen off the rack glasses (as in you just buy them in a super market or chemist and find one that matches your prescription) for reading glasses (long sighted). Just wondered if you can get them for short sighted people? My prescription is -3.25 in each eye.
If so where in the UK can I buy them?
Try boots they do them. Best way to find out if they will help is to go in and ask for advice, they are really helpful and will let you try them before you buy.
