i am only 17 and i have horrible dark circles under my eyes. what is the best stuff that really works?

It helps more than anything else I’ve tried….it’s about ten bucks, but it’s worth it. At least I know I am trying! Also, definitely use concealer under your eyes…..I use Almay. By the time I do that, my dark circles are hardly noticeable.
