info about laser eye surgery
Intraocular contact lenses???
Does anyone have any info about this kind of procedure?
It seems a better idea than a laser surgery because this is a short procedure and allow the lenses be removed, if necessary. I hate both glasses and contacts because they’re both uncomfortable and I’m really into having an eye surgery so this indeed can be a better idea than the laser. thanks
hey thanks.. isn’t the laser surgery more invasive.. what I don’t like about surgeries is the long recovery period after it’s done and also there are so many drawbacks and can be so many complications I’m not sure if it’s really what I want myself to get into
this thing is even shorter than 30 minutes- it’s about 5 minutes per eye- just to inject the lense and that’s all, you can go home the same day
I just stood, we’re talking about a bit different things- sometimes they have to replace the existing lense and that’s when the hell starts but for the usual short/far-sightedness it’s a very simple procedure
I’ve had the lens implants put in my eyes about 17 years ago. I had congenital cataracts. It was the best thing that happened to me. I really have had no problems at all. One lens was posterior and one was anterior. The anterior on is tender sometimes. But the doctor said that eye was tight and difficult to work on. But really, I much better and it’s a small price for me to pay to have the vision I have now. Happy Valentine’s Day. 2D
