National Guard of Marine Corps?

I am a male junior in high school(4.3 GPA weighted, 3.5 weighted, and scored an 88 on my ASVAB), and I am thinking about doing the split option program for the US NG, then I will be planning on going to college(get laser eye surgery to fix 20/100 vision, somewhere between those 4 years), then attempt to get into flight school and fly helicopters that are faster and more hardcore than the marines, for the army, OR, I can go into the marine corps(which is what i’ve always wanted to do), attempt to get a full ride into college with NROTC then attempt to fly in the marine corps.

Basically i’m torn between doing what i’ve always wanted to do , but it’s in the army, or being where i’ve always wanted to be, but not doing what i’ve always wanted to do. If this makes any sense to anyone, can you help me with this decision.

fly helicopters that are faster and more hardcore than the marines .. where would you propose to do that? The Marine Corps has more advanced helicopters than the Army and it has the V-22. Anyone wanting to question the technology of Army choppers versus Marine helos, just post the question.

If you want to fly helicopters with a high school diploma, the Army has a program for that.

If you want to become a pilot after college, the Marines would be a better option.
