us military laser eye surgery

Foreigner with bad eyesight…USMC Heli pilot?

Hi, I want to join the US Marine Corps as a Helicopter pilot…
Problem is that I have bad eyesight (-3.75) in each eye. Would laser eye surgery corrected to 20/20 automatically disqualify me from this? I think -3.75 is about 20/300 or more. Also, I am not a US citizen as of now (10th grader), but I am getting a green card. If I have a green card and get a SSN would I be allowed to join the military?

I understand that I need to have a college education. I am planning on joining after. How can I get the security clearance to join the officer programs?
I need a way to become a US citizen before or during my college years to sign up for the NROTC or other programs to become an officer. Is this possible (No greencard, +2-5 years). This is the land of opportunity and freedom, right?

you MUST be a citizen to be an Officer, you can get PRK for the eyes… Good luck getting commissioned
