What product should I use for dry eye?

I had PRK (a type of laser eye surgery) done about 5 months back, and had dry eye from that. I now started accutane and the dry eye has gotten worse. Does anybody have any advice on what product I should use for it, i.e. an eye moisturizer, or lubricant, or artificial tears, and a recommendation for a specific brand? additional the artificial tears I use now only last about 25 minutes before my eye’s feel dry again, so could you tell me about how long the product you would recommend lasts per application?

I have Optive Sensitive lubricant eye dropsin the same vials(got them from my laser surgeon), but they only work for a short time for me.
