laser eye surgery vision correction

Does Laser Surgery makes a person’s eyesight 6/6 ?

I want to know that will a Laser surgery be able to cure my Vision Perfectly to 6/6 …
My eye vision is weak right now with power 2.00 …

Your eyesight may start lowering again after 5 or 10 years. And when you reach 45 or 50, you will become farsighted and need reading glasses, like almost everyone does. Laser only corrects your current myopia, but doesn’t stop its evolution. It’s one of the reasons why I hesitate.
