What is wrong with me? My tongue is yellow?

I felt "bad" Friday (Monday). I felt so that on the morning of Friday, but after a while of walking in the cold began to cough. My symptoms have since grown to include; • Cold (indoor and sneezing) • • • eyes burn loss headaches, stomach cramps and appetite • • • When the temperature chills • Hot and very dry mouth, although I was drinking regularly and, more recently, yellow tongue. Other information, I'm fifteen years. Man. I do not think my tonsils are swollen, but I can say never. I use the eye acid fusidic drops to treat stye. Is it something specific or just a kind of cold? Should I go to the doctor?

You should consult your doctor. A yellow coating on the tongue may indicate a bacterial infection or candidiasis (thrush, but usually appears as a white coat, not yellow).
