Bad vision but want physically demanding job in Navy?

I’m already in the DEP program for the Navy but I am about to re-negotiate my contract for a different job. When I do this I want to let them know that I want to do something physically challenging like EOD, SWCC, SEALS, etc. Are there any jobs like that, that don’t require perfect vision? I have 20/400 in each eye and no, laser surgery is not an option for me since I don’t have the money to do so. I didn’t realize that you needed perfect vision for all of the physical jobs in the navy. I would join the Army as a combat medic or something but I’m already in Navy DEP.

there are no medical waivers for SPECWAR./SPECOPS. the vision requirements are set in stone.
