What a Folder is made of and what is its manufacturing process?

• It’s made of 350 gr thick paper, which is close to be considered as a light carton. It makes the Folder stiff and inflexible and yet light and easy to be carried around.
• The Folder is actually a twin light carton pages, folded in the middle, sized to be a little bit longer and wider then the papers it contains.
• In the inside: at list one of the Folder’s sides is designed to have pockets. The pockets hold the contents of the Folder.  Pockets can be made on both sides of the Folder.
• The inside pockets rims can be slotted in order to hold a business card, a slim calculator or a very small note book between the slots.
• The middle fold is made in such a way that it creates a small binding, like in a book but much smaller. It enables filling the Folder up with 10-15 pages of paper without wrinkling the papers and crumpling the Folder.
• Before cutting and folding – the Folder’s carton is laminated in order to protect the Folder from moist, oily finger tips, spilled coffee (as it happens a lot during business meetings) and generally speaking it makes the Folder more durable.

Designing the Folder’s outsides is a very important factor of the overall product’s quality.  Its look, its appearance, is as important as its efficiency.
