laser eye surgery damage

advice plzzzz?

im 21 and i dont like way i look, around my eyes there are black spots because late sleep at night or sun damage and tried many products also laser treatment. So what can i do. Should i do surgery?

well first i say that maybe you should try makeup. put some concealer on those spots and then put some base over it and cover it up. If that doesnt work ask your doctor what they think. Good luck!!
