rapitil eye drops

i have a recurrent eye problem?

iv had for 2 years now a recurrent problem in my left eye.at least once a month i have mucus like discharge the eye wont stop watering and is very tender and sore for about a week or so.iv been to see a ophthalmologist,he has prescribed all different kinds of medication for this but nothing working the problem still persists.im currently using RAPITIL (which iv been using for a month and have another month to go) eye drops but again they arnt working as my eye at this time is runny sore and looks like i have a black eye.this problem is very uncomfortable for me as i cannot wear make up (it sets the eye off if at the time its fine.as dose the wind,the sun and bright light )can any help or suggest anything please i would like to sort this problem out once and for all ! many thanks in advance .
