Hyperpigmentation on the side of the face?

i had a laser hair removal 3 years ago, after a few months i got light marks on the sides of my eyes,
a visit at my dermatologist who prescribed oxsoralen lotion to darken the skin
the right side subsided the left one has gotten worse and the skin on the side turned very dark
tried meladerm to lighten the skin and also mebo cream,nothing has worked so far and the mark is pretty dark with a my skin color in the center.
i have am now scared to use skin lightening creams
i am travelling to belgium next month are there any surgery i can carry out on this 2 inch mark ?

Oh, don’t be afraid to use lightening creams as long as you read up on the ingredients to make sure there is nothing harmful inside. I use them all over my body because it’s popular where I am from. (like how tanning is popular in western society like America)

But, there is surgical option. You can ask your doctor/dermatologist about getting a chemical peel. They work fast ^^
