3.50 and 3.75 eyesight?

My right eye is 3.75 and my left is 3.50, what does that mean? What is considered ‘legally blind’?..My eye dr always asks if I am going to consider laser eye surgery, but I’m finishing up school and I’m done in August. So I will hold off on that, but I am wondering how bad my sight is, really. I can’t see w/out my glasses or contacts.

Uh well 20 is perfect so put that in perspective.
