Broke my glasses. help?

My little sister gave my glasses to my dog, which the dog then chewed the leg – funny but annoying!. Im with optical express and i just need a new frame, i cant be bothered with going for an eye test because i just had one in december. Im on the nhs cause im 16 and still at school, will they just give me a new frame their and then or? & also the frame feels a little bit to small..thanks if you help
