Antibiotics effect on Mirena IUD?

I recently got an ear infection, and I’m taking Optimyxin ear/eye drops to combat the problem along with Tylenol. the Optimyxin eye/ear drops contain : polymyxin B (as sulfate) gramicidin and benzalkonium chloride .
