What is laser quit smoking?

I'm having the upper and lower eye lift laser in 1 week. I smoked two cigarettes per day for the last week. Should I postpone my surgery? For the last 6 weeks I had to cut smoking 1 pack of 2.6 cigarettes per day and as I said last week, I had two teeth per day. I hope not intend to smoke more before surgery.? if please help me
