I have lumps under my top eyes lids, can these affect my eyesight and can they be treated with brolene?

The lumps under my top eyelids just look like part of my eyelids with regards to colour, texture etc but I feel them putting pressure on my eyes and I thought they would disappear but thye’ve been there for way over a year now. They don’tlaser eye surgerych but I was recently going to get laser eye surgery and I don’t want to get it if it’s the lumps affecting my eyesight, I’m short-sighted, not too severe but it’s getting worst and I was wondering if these might just be cysts [although I thought these disappeared after a time] and if they can be treated with brolene or without surgery?
I’ve checked online and nothing I’ve seen really seems to resemble them.

although thats a pic of an extreme case. if you do have GPC or “giant papillarylasikunctivitis”, it would likely not affect having lasik.
