Will Obama’s health care plan cover my sister’s abortion, sex change and back surgery?

She is going to get these done all in one day. Will the plan cover this?? Plus she is going to have laser eye surgery on that day as well. If she is feeling better we are going take a trip to the beach too. I love her very much
