The same way we need to move our butts to keep the body fit, we also need to “work out” our eyes. Eye exercises to improve vision maintain the eye muscles at a healthy and vital level, as prevention of myopia, diplopia, as well as strabismus, amblyopia, and any other eye problem know to man. As a positive side-effect, they also promote a better balance between the left and the right side of the brain, for better and more harmonious functionality. Natural vision improvement is a breeze and you can practice them wherever you like.
Eye exercises to improve vision exist for ages and can be found in many native cultures around the world. But even modern science uses eye exercises as part of “Vision Therapy”, even though “eye specialists” claim that eyesight exercises don’t work. Eye strengthening and relaxing exercises are mainly associated with Dr William Bates, who was the first eye doctor that has recognized the benefits of the visual training of native American Indians around the turn of last century. Despite the fact that the Bates method is already more than 100 years old, the exercises are still used in many natural vision improvement programs.
The biggest challenge people have with eye exercises to improve vision is that they have to actually do the exercises (most people just look for a magic pill and get sold on unnecessary laser eye surgery).
However, if done properly, natural vision correction helps tremendously. Vision therapy is composed of eye exercises. These exercises train the efficiency of each aspect of the visual system, and teach the patient to combine all components. These exercises actually cure your eye problems, so that your eyeglasses are history.
Eyeglasses only function as crutches for the eyes, but don’t treat any cause. Bottom line is that the longer you wear eyeglasses, to weaker your eye muscles get. Sadly, the “eye specialist” only offer us solutions that put money in their pocket; specs, lenses, or laser surgery…
Improving your eyesight and maintaining your clear vision can be easy, non-surgical and affordable like you always knew it should be with Natural Vision Improvement. Hordes of people have gotten their perfect eyesight without specs, lenses, or laser eye surgery. Improve your eyesight, nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, lazy eye, double vision, decreasing vision with age, and more with eye exercises to improve vision easily.

How much can laser eye surgery correct amblyopia and what is the minimum visual requirement for a rifleman?
Im hoping to join the army as a rifleman or commando but im not sure if my eyes at current are good enough. I have amblyopia in my left eye and my visual acuity is 6/5 in my right eye corrected and uncorrected and 6/12 +2 corrected and 6/24 -1 uncorrected in my left eye with hypermetropia of +0.50 in right and +3.75/-1.25 x 75 in left. I’ve had a look at the australian defence force’s minimum visual requirements (mvr) and i qualify for mvr3 at the moment but im not sure what mvr rifleman and commando are in. I heard that the defence force may pay for laser eye surgery but its normally used on people about 22+ and im only 17.
Any help would be appreciated.
well, to get in as a riflemen, i believe u just need to be correctable to 20/20, and laser surgery is amazing. they do it in the military for free once ur in and u must have atleast 6 mos. left to ur contract. sometimes people are corrected to better than 20/20, but for some the surgery’s not as successful or later they still need correction. oh, and yes, they usually will not do the surgery until ur atleast 21 but in some cases do it before. they just wanna make sure ur eye’s finished changing for the most part, otherwise what’s the point? i just got out of the military in july. i was an optician technician/hospital corpsman. we did the prescreening for the laser eye surgery.
