Constant Dry Gritty Eyes! Eye Drops arent working!?

I get hayfever and recently started getting really dry gritty eyes as soon as i touch them! Even when i dont have hayfever it happens. It happens on a daily basis and i feel like i have somthing in my eyes and i cannot see! I dont wear makeup because of this. I have tried Murine Relief for sore irritated eyes and bleph-10 but it doesnt work! ive even say with a cold wet washer on my eye.
Please help as this is getting out of hand.

See an optometrist. They may be able to give you something stronger for the pain, and as you’re saying that even when you don’t have hayfever it happens, perhaps there’s a problem inside the eye that’s causing it.
