home remedies for small broken blood vessels on face or “dirt spots on nose”?

So i have this little red spot under my right eye and it looks kind of like a really small spider vein.I have only had it for a couple of years so i know its not a birthmark.Does anyone know what could have caused it? I also have these spots on my nose that look kinda like dirt under the skin but i keep my skin REALLY clean so i know its not that. I just want some names and possibly a few home remedies. im only 15 so don’t say laser surgery or anything like that, i also cant afford any high priced cream or stuff like that but some nime remedies that will either hide or remove the flaws would be great!

I would just say don’t get obsessed with them.
There are no home remedies for broken capillaries except you need to control your alcohol consumption, reduce exposure to sun especially the 10AM to 4PM sunrays, do not overworkout and do not get stressed out or get angry as all of these would make your blood lines more visible.
Any cream you would apply would make the skin more sensitive so ideally if you leave it alone and not think about it that would be great.
I know this is difficult but experience says somethings when left alone are best and do more good than harm.

If you are talking about spots like blackheads on your nose you can apply fresh lemon juice and water in equal quantities for 3-4 hours and then wash it off with cold water.
Always wash you face with cool water.
To hide those flaws you can just apply some makeup,maybe calamine lotion as a foundation.
Sleep well and workout moderately and eat good food to have a radiating complexion.
