Would laser eye surgery fix a lazy eye AND astigmatism?

My aunt has a lazy eye and astigmatism in one of her eyes. We heard that laser eye surgery (like lasik) could help with both. I know it works for a lazy eye. And for astigmatism, but my question is would she have to get two different surgeries? Also how much would that cost in California? Thanks in advance.
