Is it possible to go blind if your eyesight keeps getting worse?

I got glasses at age nine and since then, my eyesight has been decreasing at least once every two years. I’ve been getting new glasses and contacts because of this reason. Could I possible go completely blind because of thilaser eye surgeryrs old right now and plan to get laser eye surgery when I’m eighteen.

You definitely could. Blind doesn’t mean you can’t see anything. Legal blindness is 20/200 or worse.

And I wouldn’t go thinking you can just get laser surgery. Your vision needs to stabilize first… and if it’s still changing that much, I don’t know if you’re going to be stable enough for it.
