laser eye astigmatism

Looking to get into Army but have Astigmatism in my right eye?

The Scrip in my right eye is +4.25/-4.75 x 5 6/6-2
I have no idea what all the numbers mean but u might
I want to get into the Australian Army Infantry
I am also looking into getting laser what would my chances of laser making it good enough for army
