How do you increase your eye sight?

Hi, I just want to ask if there is a way that I can improve my eyesight without glasses, contacts, laser surgery. Because i’m only 13 years old and my eyes had gone worse since I moved to another country. Before I leave I was 11 years old and my eyes are only 75 and don’t wear glasses but when I wore glasses because the doctor told me to, my eyes had gone worse from 75 to 150 then After a year I went to doctor and he said that it had increase from 150 to 225, Is there any way to prevent it from getting worse or make it better? Doctors said that if I wear glasses everytime, it would increase my eye sight. But other people said it would make it worse. I find that wearing glasses make my eye worse. Are there any foods I can eat to make it better?.

hmm, ive heard that if you want to make your eye sight better, you should eat a lot of carrots… lol its just like that one where someone says “if you drink milk you get taller”

*EAT CARROTS! and wearing glasses doesnt make your eyes worse ive had them for 5 years and since i watch to much tv and go on the computer alot, it keeps decreasing..
