Allergy eye drops for super itchy eyes?

I need some good allergy eye drops. I have tried Visine and Clear eyes allergy drops, but they only make my eyes itch worse. My eyes are so itchy that I have to rinse my eyeballs with water several times daily, and wake up at night sometimes to do it too.

I am 24 weeks pregnant, so Claritin is the only allergy medicine I can take. Is there anything over-the-counter, as far as eye drops, that has worked for anyone? I’d really rather not pay for an eye doctor visit.
