What is laser surgery for piles / fissure?

I have great childhood, when I was 5-6 years. Some are healed (Not how good). Now, I am 28yrs old. Sometimes I see blood in the intestine. Today, an outdoor game is released (thrombosis). I checked with several doctors, who advised me surgery. It scares me to hand surgery regularly. I checked my diet and feel better today. Today, I checked with the laser surgeon, he found that I have two batteries (7 and 11 hours) and a crack. He advised me to have laser surgery, which will take 10-12 minutes and I'll be able to do regular work after surgery. This surgery is expensive (Rs 12,000 /). What should I do?
