There is also another, safer, alternative you should consider – natural vision correction. It consists of eye exercises and techniques for improving vision. Eye exercises require persistence, but they do work. I was able to completely improve my own vision from -1.00 D within a few months of doing eye exercises and I can see perfectly ever since.
