throat problems after eye drop (TobraDex) anyone know what to do?

i am taking TOBRADEX OPHTHALMIC SUSPENSION 10ML and I’m having throat problems after each time i drop it in my eye i was prescribed this medicine because i have overwear of contact lenses any ideas of how to go about assessing the problem

Try sipping on water as the drops work their way down so it’s not lingering at the back of your throat. I’m sure someone in the health/optical has seen this and has a better suggestion.
