laser eye surgery problems

Can i have laser eye surgery?

Hi i have just been to see my optition who has informed me that i have scars on my eyes from not wearing my contact lenses correctly, would this be a problem if i wanted to conside laser eye surgery?

I think its unlikely to be a problem. Firstly the technology is well proven, reliable, extremely sophisticated and now suitable for almost all types of vision correction.
In any event the process itself involves making incisions in the cornea (surface layer of the eye).
The consultations are free at most centres so why not check with the specialists?
